Q: When is the registration deadline?

A: The deadline for registration is November 7, 2021.

 

Q: What can I expect as far as music selections?

A: We are choosing songs that will be enjoyable to sing but should not be too difficult to learn. Due to the limited rehearsal time we will have the songs will be entry to mid-level selections. If you would like more of a challenge we welcome you to join the ensemble group which will be learning and singing some more challenging songs in addition to the other songs we will be singing. There is a box to check in the application if you would like to join this. Audio CDs will be sent out with your music to help you learn the songs.

 

Q: Do I need to be an experience singer to join?

A: No! If you can carry a tune and enjoy singing we want you to join. 

 

Q: What is the weekend schedule?

A: The weekend will begin with registration and practice on Friday evening. We’ll practice all day Saturday with breaks for lunch and supper. Programs will be held Saturday evening and Sunday evening. Programs are free and open to the public, however seating may be limited especially on Sunday evening.

 

Q: What does the registration fee cover?

A: Your registration fee covers sheet music costs, some food costs, miscellaneous logistic fees, and building rental.  Offerings will be held to cover additional costs.

 

Q: What can I expect after the registration deadline on November 37?

A: After the deadline, we will order the sheet music, compile it, and send it to each participant. A practice CD with learning tracks will be included with the sheet music.

 

Q: Do I need to bring anything?

A: Please bring the following:

– A black folder with your music
– A water bottle (stay hydrated) 🙂
– Program attire ( white shirt, black pants)
– A worshipful heart

 

Q: Is there lodging available?

Q: Will meals be provided?

A: We will be serving lunch and supper on Saturday, and also a light supper on Sunday evening. If you need a place to go for Sunday lunch, there will be a church available to host you.
